Terms & Conditions for your Dig It Dubai, The Springs Souk experience:

  • Dig It admission tickets, once sold are non-refundable
  • Dig It is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or stolen tickets
  • Retail and F&B are not included in the admission ticket
  • Unused tickets cannot be redeemed for any cash or credit
  • Valid as per date and time allocation stated on the ticket
  • Kids 2 years & under go free, if accompanied by paying parent/guardian – AED40
  • Only kids 3 years & above are eligible for the “Drop & Dig” admission tickets
